The caller asked for her account number and OTP. She shared the details, and ₹3 lakhs was transferred from her account. Her son helped her report it immediately. The bank froze the account and filed a police complaint. Some money was recovered through bank's fraud protection.
Lesson: Banks NEVER call to ask for OTP or PIN. Always hang up and call your bank's official number to verify.

Scammers accessed his account and withdrew ₹1.5 lakhs. His daughter helped him report it to cybercrime.gov.in and the bank. The account was secured, but the money was not recovered.
Lesson: Never click links in messages about KYC. Banks send official letters or ask you to visit the branch.
